CHOCOLATE CHIP ORANGE CAKE

INGREDIENTS 

1 box yellow cake mix
1 small instant vanilla pudding mix
zest of 3 oranges
¼ cup fresh orange juice
¾ cup sherry wine
2/3 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup (or more) chocolate chips

METHOD

Beat eggs and add orange juice, wine and oil and mix. Add orange zest. Add pudding and cake mixes and beat until all lumps are out.. Add chocolate chips and stir. Pour into a bunt pan and bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool, invert onto a serving plate and dust with powdered sugar.
